YOUNG CHILDREN, PRIORITY ONE

  • Support various programs for young children through Helpline House
  • Finance and support Father Reads program through Headstart / Woodward
  • Volunteer at the Pumpkin Walk each year

YOUTH SERVICES

  • Award Kiwanis College Scholarships each June to graduating seniors from Bainbridge High
  • Monthly support for the Bainbridge Island Boys & Girls Club
  • Charter supporter for Project Backpack
  • Honor monthly the four Woodward Middle School Students-of-the Month
  • Sponsor the Kiwanis Key Club at Bainbridge Island High School
  • Promote bicycle safety through our annual Bike Rodeo and free helmet program
  • Youth Summer Camp Scholarships
  • Support the Bainbridge High School Jazz Choir

COMMUNITY SERVICE

  • Grand Old Fourth of July Parade Marshals and organizational assistance
  • Traffic Control for various community events including Halloween downtown
  • Global assistance for Disaster Relief through special projects
  • Provide the Kiwanis Putt Putt Golf on the 4th of July and at other times
  • Support One Call for All and volunteer during the fundraising campaign
  • Provide a team and Putt Putt Golf for the Bainbridge Cancer Walk

  • Selection and presentation of the Bainbridge Island Citizen of the Year Award
